We were here in the afternoon. People were enjoying the music and watching the morris dancers.

| Allendale - Wolf | 5.50 | | Full bodied, impressive fruit flavour, memorable red colour. Grand. |
| Rooster's - YPA (Yorkshire Pale Ale) | 4.10 | | One of the better golden ales:decent horticultural character. Roosters have had some stick from various commentators: I'll happily seek them out next month in Yorkshire. |
| York (now brewed by and at Black Sheep) - Yorkshire Terrier | 4.20 | | More a Patterdale than a yorkshire! Determined. I preferred this to York Decade that I drank last year. |
| Castle Rock - Screech Owl | 5.50 | | A strong , citrussy golden IPA. Couldn't drink too much of this, though. |
