I had forgotten just how good a real English country pub can be. This is an absolute must if you are in the area.

A beuatiful pub set in lovely surroundings. Friendly landlord and locals always ensures a warm welcome.

A real English country pub, with an unspoilt interior and dating back to the 17th century. The pub has been listed in the good beer guide for many years and always has two real ales on handpump, one of which is from the Stonehouse portfolio.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 4 different beers and tried them all.
