Bat and trap followed by a short crawl. Went to the Chequers but with speckled hen and spitfire their only offerings our group returned here. Many beers will be on offer here and on the recreation ground for a festival on Saturday.

Fairly busy for a Monday lunchtime. We had just been for a walk up to Kits Coty and were looking to quench our thirst and have a snack. The food menu had plenty of snacks as well as main meals. A Youngs and Fullers ESB pump clips both turned round.
