As the only customers early evening the 'background' muzak seemed unnecessarily loud. The barman is to be commended for pulling a pint through before serving.

Comfortable residential hotel on the southern outskirts of Beddgelert close to the Welsh Highland Railway. The Grill Bar is open to the casual drinker but is more set up for dining with tables set in regimented rows and no cosy corners. Style is a modern take on art deco.
