Visited late morning, quiet but soon started to fill up. No cask beer as currently building a second brewery to supply other outlets. To the best of my knowledge the beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Brew pub and restaurant situated on an island across the harbour from San Diego. 13 craft beers on sale plus one hand pump. One craft beer is served under nitro the rest are CO2. Very smart interior, well informed and friendly staff.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
