Always one of my favourite places in Tunbridge Wells. Stripped floorboards, great metal old adverts on walls and a slightly different line up of beers. Goachers Light and a Westerham house beer Joey’s Bite 4.0% plus continental tap beers including Erdinger, Flensburger, Lindeboom, Liefmans Kriek. Oh and Orval in bottles. I spent a lovely hour or so here drinking beer I liked and typing up beer ratings.

Westerham - Joey's Bite	4.00		Good looking copper brown colour with lasting off white head. I love Westerham beers. The yeast is just so distinctive. Good condition, well served. Decent best bitter, with decent yeast, ok malts, bit biscuity especially with this crisp biscuit finish. And then lasting bitterness that lasts in the mouth for ages. Lovely best bitter. Gorgeous, one of the best bitters I’ve had in ages. The yeast, the biscuit the bitter finish. Awesome.
Goacher's - Fine Light Ale	3.70	Not Tried

Lunchtime on Bank Holiday Monday and there were a smattering of people in and some customers in the brasserie downstairs. I had a half of Dortmunder Union Export and a half of Erdinger White. I will definitely be back for a longer session later in the summer.

Lovely pub and brasserie on western side of the town centre up on an area of raised land in Mount Ephraim. Lots of dark wood in the interior and plenty of seating served by a bar to one side. Large selection of continental beers on sale. Lots of pub and tobacco memorabilia on the walls. Sky Sports TV. Handpumps for real ale have a rotation of beers from nearby breweries including Larkin's, Goacher's and Dark Star. There is also a good selection of beers from around the world including Coopers beers from Australia and beers from Belgium with both Chimay and Orval featuring. UK bottle conditioned beers can also be purchased.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
