16:45 The courtyard was full of Christmas Trees and the hotel was decorated to the hilt, it felt like walking into the set for a Richard Curtis film. Incredibly busy, mostly with people enjoying High Tea.

Former coaching inn with impressive gallows sign. Large rambling structure. Front bar very comfortable.
