Westerham - God's Wallop (see now 4% entry)4.30AcceptableSeems to have lost some of its flavour now it's dropped to 4%. Bitter and quite malty but not particularly hoppy. My score 14/20.

Excellent off licence not far from the Tonbridge railway station. Very friendly person who runs it and after choosing my beer and trying the beers on handpull, we had quite a chat about different beers and festivals. Good selection of British bottled beers as well as beers from Germany, Belgium, Australia, USA and France.
BeerABVScoreNotes
White - Chilly Willy5.10GoodVery dark brown, hints of gold, no head. Demerara sugar, dark treacle, touch of spice on aroma. Slightly medicinal in mouth with sour liquorice on end. Old ales this year have bee odd at times. This is in the line of Grand Union and Goachers Olds I’ve had. Sour, sometimes medicinal, staleness present and even at times slightly unpleasant until you get into the zone. These flavours make these beers interesting though. Some dry oloroso sherry like flavours too. Pleased I had it and took 2 pints of take out too
Exmoor - Fox4.20Not Tried

Excellent off licence. Up to 3 beers on hand pull to take away, normally Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter is on once a week. The range of bottled beer both UK and worldwide is excellent along with a range of bottled cider and draught Westons. The bottles include Coopers from Australia, Belgian beers, French biere de garde, German and a broad range of UK beers.

Nelson - England Expects4.20AcceptableLight copper colour. Some resiny hop with some fruity malt. Bit of a hoppy finish but a bit dull
