The pub is found in Soho, Central London, W1B 5PX.
Street corner pub in Kingly Street just to the east of Regent Street. Built in 1736 it has a small downstairs bar with a dining room upstairs. Interestingly there are three exterior doors suggesting that at one time the room was subdivided into three. The bar counter and bar back are modern but the exterior wall is an interesting construction of wood and curved and leaded glass. WhatPub promulgates the myth that the blue posts marked the limits of the Soho hunting ground, whereas the sign correctly depicts a sedan chair and two blue posts.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 5 different beers and tried 3 of them.
