16:30 Been on my wants list for years. Sadly disappointing, the modern décor detracts from the pub atmosphere.

The pub is found in Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8AX.
Town centre pub. Unusual layout of rooms. The main feature is a glazed snug in the centre that probably used to be the servery similar to the Bell at Aldworth. The bar is behind this snug with corridor service and seating. There are two rooms one either side of the snug. The pub has undergone a makeover recently and is now painted in pastel shades with modern furniture. One wall is covered with paintings, the wall of the snug with a collection of small gilt framed mirrors. The overall feel is more upmarket coffee shop than pub.
