Noon arrival and only three other customers in. Much talk of 1930s fireplaces – as usual in these situations, I had no opinion on the subject.

The pub is found in Derby, Derbyshire, DE1 1GA.
A little micropub which opened in September 2014 in a small retail unit off Ashbourne Road (needless to say, it was a former post office) to the west of the city centre. Has all the usual micro pub attributes and is the second of its type to be opened in Derby by the Wentwell Brewery. Four handpumps on the bar. In late 2015 taken over by Muirhouse Brewery. Re-opened 6th May 2022 after a very long period of closure.
We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
