The pub is found in Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 6LA.
Rebuilt in 1936 this pub retains a wealth of original features. Although now one large L shaped room the layout of three rooms and an off-sales is still evident. The wall are panelled with bell pushes still in situ. The fireplace hoods are copper with embossed figures of a Turk's head and Crusader shields. The Turk's Head is on CAMRA's Heritage Pub website as being of Regional Importance.
We have visited this pub once, seen 5 different beers and tried 1 of them.
