What a superb pub. First on Tony and my Oxford pub crawl. It was so good in fact that we finished off the crawl here too. Nice cosy old fashioned pub with pictures of John Thaw on the walls.

Very busy with tourists and locals such that on 2 visits early and later afternoon I had to stand at the bar.

We got here just as most of the lunchtime crowd were leaving. I really liked it. Great view from the front window and nice atmosphere as well.
