Adnams - Ghost Ship | 4.50 | I sent the first pint back as it was sour - the second was just about drinkable - but the 2 worst pints of Ghost Ship I’ve ever been served. | |

The pub is found in Alwalton, Cambridgeshire, PE7 3UP.
Formerly a small stone built village pub called the Wheatsheaf with outbuildings, including stables and a stone built barn. It has now been renamed and is much extended. Dining is the main trade but the area around the bar retains a pub atmosphere. A nice remnant is the stained glass off sales hatch by the original front door. The sign as you would expect features a cuckoo, but bizarrely it is a Pied Cuckoo a native of the Indian subcontinent. I would guess that the artist Googled cuckoo and copied the first image he found.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
