The pub is found in Upminster, Greater London, RM14 2RB.
This pub was present beside the bridge over the Ingrebourne by 1871 and was for long called the Bridge House. Acquired by Greene King it had become the Windmill, named after nearby Upminster Windmill, and was for a while branded as a ‘Hungry Horse’ pub. Renovated and moved a little more upmarket in recent years. Now a single large room, with a patio garden area to the side and a car park to the rear.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 5 different beers and tried 2 of them.
