The pub is found in Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1JL.
Courtesy of KM. Located in the premises formerly occupied by Bar 10. (Pending a visitor's report). Here's to a great new venue! Visitors to the Royal Star Arcade's latest addition will find Kentish craft beer and artisan coffee. The opening night of 4degrees Craft Bar & Restaurant earlier this month (August 2016) went down a storm, with every seat in the house taken. The bar is owned by Timothy Gough and David Hitch, both 32 and former estate agents, who saw the potential in the vacant unit in one of Maidstone's oldest shopping centres. The complex will now stay open until 11pm on Thursday and Friday and midnight on Saturday specially for the venue, which opens at 09.30am and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday closes at 5.30pm. Mr Gough, of Otham, said: "We fell in love with the romance of the place. It's been really well received and people have been telling us it's exactly what the town needs. There's no Fosters or Heineken in sight and instead we focus on less mainstream products". He said there are plans to run tasting evenings, singles nights and live music events. Included in the bar's selection is beer and wine from Tenterden's Chapel Down brewery, Kent Brewery's Prohibition, a range of beers from Westerham Brewery as well as coffee, pies and cakes from local producers.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 0 different beers and tried them all.
