Afternoon visit as most of the lunch time diners were finishing their meals, this pub is very much improved since my last visit (under a previous tenancy) when only supermarket bottled beers were available.

There were a few on the terrace when we arrived just after noon for lunch. We were greeted by a cheerful landlord. Although we were the first people in the restaurant, by the time we left a number of other tables were occupied. We had an enjoyable meal and pleasant service.

In Bull Hill, entering from the car park at the rear of the pub you pass through the terraced area, which has seating and tables, and looks out onto the garden area and come into the bar and on the left an equally spacious dining room.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
