Late afternoon and fairly quiet. I had a good chat with the girl behind the bar about pubs in Canterbury, she told me that the pub will be closing for about a week in January for a refurbishment.

A large pub in Haydons Road, formerly called the Horse & Groom and now operated by Whiskey, Whiskey, Tango. There is a mixture of seating ranging from comfy sofas to quiet booths. There is a large conservatory area and outside bar. The main bar is decorated with dark green tiles.
