Sambrook's - Watneys Pale Ale | 4.20 | I still find it a bit odd that Sambrook’s should see mileage in reviving the Watney’s brand name, and worse that they do not put their own name on the clip. This is an inoffensive Pale Ale, served in nice crisp condition. | |

The pub is found in Farringdon, Central London, EC1M 6BP.
An historic pub, founded here in 1723 and rebuilt several times since. The present format is believed to date from the 1950s. Formerly a Truman's house. There is a large, single bar area at ground floor level, plus an upstairs Thai restaurant.
