I had read in the current edition of London Drinker that the Restaurant Group have recently purchased eleven pubs from Food and Fuel, and as I was in the area I decided to give this one a try, this was a Thursday evening and the place was fairly busy. It will be interesting to see what (if any) changes the Restaurant Group will make to the place.

In Duke Street, previous names for this pub have included Racing Page and Cobwebs, it has been run by Food and Fuel as a fine food pub and was recently been purchased by the Restaurant Group operated under their Brunning and Price brand. This is a large pub with two distinct areas, one of which is the main dining area whilst the other is predominantly wet sales. Closed when Food & Fuel went into administration. Now re-opened 2021 whilst a permanent leaseholder can be found. Now reported closed with all signage removed. Renamed and no real ale.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
