Popped in for a quick half. We were planning on walking up to the castle ruins but it looked a long way so we blew that out.

Mid evening visit. The pool room was very busy with what looked like a seniors tournament. The barman looked tired. Rather rowdy and beer so-so, we didn’t linger (even at £3 a pint).
