Unplanned visit due to an error in communications the nearby Black Bull was to open for our group but this didn't happen. Despite our impromptu appearance the bar staff coped admirably with dispensing the appropriate beers to cater for us all.

In Main Street, reopened mid-November 2018 after a major alteration and refurbishment. L-shaped bar to the left and dining room to the right of the main entrance. Large patio garden to the rear. Fewer beers may be offered in winter.
