Late evening and friendly welcome even more so when I shortly returned waving a wad of cash after finding out cards not accepted! A time warp no frills basic bar atmosphere run by a little old lady and just the one beer on offer. Reminds me of the long gone Cafe ICIR on the East Side of Brussels Midi with a similar location close to the Hbf here.
