The brewery tap. We got off the metro at Jesmond and walked up. Gave me an opportunity to look at my old halls of residence from when I was a student. The brewery is on the town moor, and I'd assured Ian and Tony that we'd have to dodge cows. We didn't. They were all on the other side of the building. There was a wedding going on in part of the building but the bar was still open to all. On leaving Ian was concerned at the lack of street lights back to the road.
