I had never noticed this friendly little place, until alerted to its existence by its inclusion in the current Good Beer Guide.

A little pub, tucked away just off the main square in a ancient, half-timbered building. Two rooms at ground floor level (one in a small, modern extension) and a further room upstairs. A supporter of local breweries through its two handpumps.
