22:45 Bed and breakfast stop. Not bad at all. Having just left the Flower Pot I looked at the beer range and didn't bother.

16:00 visit. This Vintage Inns Pub/Restaurant and hotel was fairly busy with mainly diners and, what I noted, complaints about poor food and slow service at that! Second best beer garden in town though, only ruined by the incessant traffic noise, and today this was mixed with some loud live music drifting over from the footy stadium. Nice visit.

19:00 visit. Busy with diners and drinkers alike. For the first ever time, I sat in the large garden here, and it was really nice. Must be the best beer garden in Town. A real delight at this time of year.

1700 visit. A post-match look-in as this place is very near the new Gallagher Stadium. Quite busy with diners and drinkers alike. Ale range can be inconsistent here, but three half decent ales on today.

White weatherboarded building in Sandling Road, part of the Innkeepers Lodge chain and has 12 bedrooms. Built in Napoleonic times and formerly the Officers' Quarters of the Invicta Barracks across the road.
