Evening. A much passed pub on the Loop bus so now's the time to visit. Main lower bar well packed with a rather cerebral pub quiz. They have a wide range of ciders here and I was pleased to see a Gadds' beer on pump.

When I used to come to Ramsgate in the evenings I always used to walk past this place and wonder what it was like. However it has frosted glass windows and I was always on a bit of a mission in those days so never had time to risk it. It's actually a 2 room pub with an open, sports, feel to it.

Not in the greatest condition but nice to see a local bitter in a predominantly lager serving pub.
On Hereson Road a terraced pub with real ales and ciders conveniently located on the Loop bus route. Has 2 bars being a lower bar with 2 handpumps and a top bar with 1 handpump. Quiz nights and live TV sports.
We have visited this pub 5 times, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
