The pub is found in Whitechapel, Greater London, E1 1BU.
Large open plan pub in Whitechapel High Street, rebuilt in its present form in 1894. Formerly the brewery tap for the Mann Crossman Paulin Brewery. It gained notoriety in 1966 when Ron Kray shot George Cornell inside the pub. It is now a comfortable, and well decorated open plan pub with a large outdoor seating area to one side. Four handpumps on the bar.
We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 2 of them.
