A pleasant evening, we sat outside and listened to the Rooks that live in the trees outside this pub.

We made several visits to this pub during our week's stay on the Isle of Man. It was always comfortable and welcoming, the food looked good, but on the one occasion that we chose to eat, we understand that the chef had had an accident in the kitchen, and been rushed off to hospital. I hope that he/she is O.K.

Ideal location near the tram and Snaefell Mountain Railway stops. Plenty of outside seating and an interesting bar made from an old tram car. Friendly locals and regular music sessions.
