The pub is found in Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 2EA.
A large roadhouse looking pub built in the 1930s to replace a previous building. A chequered history of ownership from Tolly Cobbold days and its later incarnations. Recently re-furbished and kitted out for significant choice of real ales via hand pump and from a separate floor level gravity stillage room. Family friendly including dogs and children. A well known Ipswich live music venue when the large L shaped bar has lots of space for music adoration. Located quite near the town centre in Woodbridge Road.
We have visited this pub once, seen 14 different beers and tried 2 of them.
