Lunchtime visit after visiting nearby Montescute House. This pub is no longer a brewpub and has been taken over by Hall & Woodhouse. A bit of a bland corporate feel to it although the food was good and substantial.

A stone-built, thatched pub in a pretty village just to the west of Yeovil. A tiny, in-house brewery was established in 2000 and can be viewed at the rear. The pub provides B&B accommodation, camping facilities, caravan parking space, and home-cooked meals. By 2026 no longer a Brewpub and run by Hall & Woodhouse.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 6 different beers and tried 4 of them.
