Early evening. The pub is not busy, but a few regulars around the bar give the appearance of having been here quite a while. A very nice pub I thought. The home-brew was the first brew off the in-house brewery for around two years apparently – work in progress, the barman accepted.

A few locals in on New Year's Day late afternoon, along with a few beer hunters after the King Alfred Vinatge Bus running day.
