A wonderful find, a proper village pub as they used to be. I had a good chat with the landlady.

Mid afternoon friendly welcome a few bemused locals in situ in this proper drinkers pub. The elderly landlady made a special effort to come out and greet us.

Wonderful unspoilt thatched pub next to Finch Foundry. Three drinking areas and all beer served straight from the casks behind the bar.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 4 different beers and tried them all.
