The pub is found in Mollem, Belgium, 1730.
Without a doubt the simplest of all the Lambic cafés in Pajottenland. There is no indication that this is a café other than a small price list tucked in one window. The bar is one simple room with a tiled floor and fixed bench seating. The bar counter is free standing with an array of shelves attached to the wall behind. The owner's private quarters open straight off the bar and in the morning he will be cooking his lunch on a bizarre stove. The building is/was part of a working farm and the WC is to be found in the barn at the rear. Restricted hours of opening.
We have visited this pub once, seen 1 beer and tried it.
