| Beer | ABV | Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orval - Orval | 6.20 | ![]() | This cafe offers fresh Orval and aged. This bottle was 6 months old. I have been drinking this beer for nearly 20 years. It has been seriously dumbed down and is a shadow of its former self. |

The pub is found in Schepdaal, Belgium, 1703.
Any visit to Pajottenland must include this cafe. A rabbit warren of rooms, with the front bar being a timeless classic with bench seating, an old counter and local breweriana from long gone breweries. The passageway between the two rear dining rooms still has a working water pump. The cafe is renowned for its lambics including a house beer only found here. The Orval is offered in two versions, fresh and aged. The food is local dishes including horse steaks.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried them all.
