14:15 Having had a ride on the Cairngorm funicular and the Strathspey Steam Railway we came here for lunch. Service in the dining room was very efficient. After venison goulash we repaired to the Lounge Bar for a further pint.

Large hotel in Grampian Road, opposite Aviemore railway station. Lounge bar. No dining in bar, restricted to the separate dining room. Would that more pubs were the same.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
