11:15 - 14:45 Opens at 11:30 but seeing a group of us standing outside the doors opened early. The ten of us occupied God's Waiting Room much to the chagrin of the locals. We worked our way through the range and enjoyed watching the beers run out and be replaced through the session. The pub was heaving. Amazing for a Thursday lunchtime.

Rural pub with one large bar and a smaller room at the rear. Ever changing range of real ales. The cosy drinking area around a large table at the right hand side of the bar is known as God's Waiting Room. CAMRA winner of Hertfordshire Pub of the Year 2014.
