Early evening visit for our last pub of the day, fairly busy around the bar area. Free bacon sandwiches still advertised for Sunday afternoons.

18:50 A route from the station to our hotel took us by here so a visit was necessary. Reasonably busy. Knowledgeable bar staff. Blackboard notice advertised free bacon butties every Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00.

Halfway between the railway station and the city centre. Single room pub with a very modern interior. Walls covered with a variety of beer adverts. The public bar is actually at street level; the eponymous cellar is for hire for private functions.
