The pub is found in Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 8LH.
15th century pub near the parish church. Two bars, no food. A proper pub. Heavily beamed with built in seating. Unusual tables with black tiled tops and a magnificent tile fireplace in the left hand bar. Former Lacons pub still with etched glass panel over the entrance door proclaiming the fact. Noted live music venue.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
