I didnt realise until after i tried my drinks that this is a vegan pub selling vegan food. So I wouldn't be eating a pizza here. I liked it but pricey craft ales and only one cask on offer.

My first impression was of music and the sight of various guitars on the wall made me think this would not qualify as a true micropub but I was struck by the enthusiasm of the owners and their knowledge of beers. One customer was told off for using a mobile phone and protested that he was only using the internet.

Micropub in Holdenhurst Road opened in February 2015. A single roomed bar with seating and tables around the wall, a 'shed' bar and views into the cellar from the corridor leading to the outdoor area at the rear.
