The pub is found in Woodford, Greater London, IG8 0PN.
Former family owned pub in High Road, long renowned for being in the cask ale fold. Originally an historic interior, with original oak-panelled walls and rare snob screens but all changed with a 2016 / 2017 refurbishment. Purchased by the City Pub Company in 2018 to end the family ownership of many years ilk and later operated by Portobello.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 12 different beers and tried 3 of them.
