21 Aug 2024 (Philip Pirrip)
Late evening visit until close. Apart from the barman and me all others drinking keg.
Moot Brew - Underhill | 4.40 | | Enjoyed this malty dark bitter enough to have a second one. Initial head and lacing did soon dissipate |
Rivington - Clouded Eyes | 4.20 | Not Tried
19 Dec 2023 (Andrew)
First time visit for me. Dark and somewhat cold - there was a big air con unit on the ceiling that seemed to be keeping the temperature down. Nicely laid out place, with large fridges of lambics and the like, if you're into that kind of thing.
Burnt Mill - Citra Sands | 4.30 | | Hazy yellow-gold. Lots of citra, not surprisingly. |
Track - Dust & Wind | 5.60 | Not Tried
02 Sep 2023 (Jack William)
Early afternoon. Faversham Hop Festival underway. The tables have been taken out of the main bar for the festival leaving plenty of standing room. Very busy.
Brew York - Fennec Blonde (was 3.7%) | 3.40 | | Now 3.4 and rather thin I thought. |
Marble - Coffee Rye Mild | 4.00 | Not Tried
22 Jul 2023 (Jack William)
Pub 2 - early afternoon. Very pleasant, a few others in. Soft music. The back bar was empty but looks to be a well decorated additional space.
JW Lees (see also Lees) - Dragon's Fire | 4.00
Duration - Another Day Done | 4.40 | Not Tried
11 Feb 2023 (Jack William)
Lunchtime visit around 1. My first visit since the rebranding. Definitely a keg-led house now with 13 craft beers on the board ranging from £5 to £6.50 a pint. These can be purchased as 1/2 or 2/3 pint as well. Two cask ales, slightly cheaper. The front bar seems larger than I remembered and with only four others in it felt rather lacking in ambience. Other cask was a 5.0% stout from Sometimes Brewery called Moot.
Wylam - Fleek | 4.20 | | Superb pale ale at £4.60. |
26 Oct 2020 (Jack William)
Looks to be closed and undergoing a renaming and refurbishment. Sign now says “The Creeker’s Tap” - as in Faversham Creek presumably.
