The pub is found in Stoke Newington, Greater London, N16 0NY.
There has been a pub on this site since at least 1702, when it was called the Green Dragon. The pub was renamed the Rochester Castle when it was rebuilt in 1801. It has been rebuilt again since and is now a very large, high street establishment, acquired by Wetherspoon’s in the 1980s, when it traded for a while as the Tanners Hall.
We have visited this pub once, seen 6 different beers and tried 1 of them.
