Back for a swift one before retiring to the narrowboat. Busiest place around this area tonight - some of the lunchtime beers had run out.
BeerABVScoreNotes
4T's - Pilsener4.80GoodTraditional pilsner - the guv assures me that this was on draft, not keg, and it tasted as such.

Tuesday lunchtime - we moored nearby and were in here out of the cold and rain just after noon. Very friendly welcome from the young staff. We ordered food and drinks and shortly after the manager came over to our table with a couple of other ale samples for me and a bowl of water for our dog. Brilliant.
BeerABVScoreNotes
RedWillow - Weightless4.20ExcellentSuperb, grapefruit bite.
S43 (formerly Sonnet 43) - Plumdog Millionaire5.00ExcellentOn the money for a plum porter.
Abbeydale - Fort Mill3.80GoodJust a taster “grissette with yarrow and orange peel” - not really my cup of tea - but my wife loved it.
Front Row - Land of Hops and Glory3.80AcceptableNot the hoppiness that the name suggested.
Thirst Class Ale - Kiss My Ace4.00AcceptableBrewed with Sorachi Ace hops. Just a sampler - but I wasn’t keen, dry - but not in a good way.
