Fuller's (part of Asahi Europe) - London Pride | 4.10 | ![]() | Came with superb head and lacing and lasted throughout on this half of amber ale and from The Griffin Brewery just up The Thames in Chiswick. A fruit-infused first hit. A dry sweetish bitterness forming on the palate derived from its sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruity notes. A dry fruity hoppiness lingering aided by those Target, Goldings, Northdown, and Challenger hops. |

The pub is found in Brentford, Greater London, TW8 0JG.
Positioned at 227 (Brentford) High Street on the corner of Half Acre. It has that old-fashioned look about it and not just because it was rebuilt in 1907 and by Nowell Parr and A E Kates with Royal Doulton tiles in green and mottled slate blue, but surprisingly in this day and age, because it is just a wet pub. Of great architectural interest is the beehive shaped turret on its corner with the High Street and Half Acre. Rather splendidly, its hanging sign has a straw beehive depicted. It is a Fuller’s Master Cellarman-certified pub, so ensuring “a perfect pour, every time.” Its two real ales on the visit in May 2025 were Fuller’s London Pride and ESB.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
