Fairly busy with a few folk sitting outside, our group had no problems occupying our reserved tables in the spacious interior. Efficient service we all received our beers within minutes of our mid afternoon arrival.

Second visit before our last sensible train connection back home. Very busy compared to lunchtime we managed to find a couple of free chairs by the fireplace which was thankfully off. I only listed the beer I drank.

Lunchtime fairly busy with staff and customers around. Comfortable relaxed and welcoming with a mix of comfy chairs and tables for diners.

Always a good place to be, civilised place with good well kept beer and good food as well

Good conversation and a feeling that you are part of it all.
Grainstore - Rutland Panther | 3.40 | | Fruit malts bit of burnt sugar sitting drinking it as they brought the spent malt down in the hoist just perfect |
