Huisbrouwerij De Halve Maan - Brugse Zot | 6.00 | Clear gold, lasting white tight head. Light aroma, some citrus, bit of a triple aroma. Drinkable blond, not huge flavours, bit watery in mouth, but not horrible. | |
Brasserie Lefebvre - Kossaat | 6.70 | Gold, lasting white head. Cardboardy, sweet, may have not been completely brewed out. Bit of pukey malt. Bit thin in mouth, sweetish end. Not great. |

The pub is found in Bruges, Belgium, 8000.
Arguably Bruges's premier pub. It's located in Kemelstraat, on a small side street on the way to the main square. Two rooms with a smallish bar, but a beer list of around 350. Daisy behind the bar is particularly famous in the beer community and gives great advice on beer. Several taps available as well as excellent bottled beer choice of mainly Belgian beers. This is a must visit for anyone coming to Bruges.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 5 different beers and tried them all.
