19:00 Meal stop. Group of locals in the main bar with good banter. We went through to eat in the dining room to the right of the main bar. Impressive collection of barometers.

Excellent pub and friendly. The inside front bar was busy with people eating but the rear 2 rooms were empty. We sat out on the benches at the front of the pub and enjoyed the sun.
