The pub is found in Bloomsbury, Central London, WC1N 3NB.
This pub in Lambs Conduit Street was established by the 1820s as the Sun and blossomed in the late-1970s, early-1980s as London’s original guest beer pub, selling a range of beers from regional brewers around the country. Renamed the Perseverance in the 1990s it lapsed back into relative obscurity. It is a street corner pub, with a fairly small ground floor bar and a lounge on the first floor. A micro-brewery was installed in the cellar in 2014 but it closed in 2016.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 3 of them.
