I had heard that a micropub had opened in Eccles so I decided to visit. A very enthusiastic landlord but unfortunately no cask ales at present. I was informed that he plans to sell cask beer later on this year once he has got the cellar up to an ideal standard. I had a bottle of some bottle conditioned ale but did not make a note of the brewer.
